Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with La Belle Mode. We want every order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as you imagined it. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping practices.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 CET may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard (3–7 business days): €5.90 — FREE on orders over €80.
- Express (1–3 business days): €12.90.
- International: 7–15 business days, rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, weather or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags. To start a return, email us at hello@labellemode.example.com and we will guide you through the process.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@labellemode.example.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
